Born and raised in Germany, Marc immersed himself in film from an early age, working on all manner of sets in internships and various Assistant Director roles.

Hooked on the glamour of it all, he signed up for a filmmaking degree at the confusingly named New York Film Academy in Los Angeles.

After graduating (and celebrating heroically) he moved back to Germany to flex his considerable talents, working as a freelance creative, a screenwriter and most significantly a director in film advertising.

In the years since, Marc’s innate talents as a naturalistic storyteller have established him as a filmmaker who can seamlessly blend apparently effortless human performances with beautiful automotive visuals.

He has impressed demanding clients such as Borgward, BMW, Mercedes, Mini, Porsche, Toyota, Volkswagen, and many more, leaving his signature across Europe. His most recent film is for the Bentley Bentayga.

Marc’s fictional short film titled ‘Mikelis’ starring James Cosmo was screened at festivals around the world and is under consideration for numerous directing awards. Or so he tells us. We are waiting for invites to a glitzy awards bash.
